immune hermal mix

in case this might help someone:
a friend of mine who is into herbs- (an herbalist and homeopath)
created some herbal mixtures that my family uses. one for general immune boost, one to fight coughs:
immune mix: echinacea, yorba santa, elderflower, elderberry, usnea, nettles
cough mix: (sorry, only have abbreviations for this- if you need though, i can find out the full names) voi, wcb, lb, cat

years ago, i used to use echinacea and goldenseal together and gag :), but i guess now that its in a mixture, the herbalist seems to think it isnt necessary? i've been meaning to ask her, but she is out of town..

also: amazing topical stuff for infection: golden salve by equinox company. worked major wonders for me when i had a major gash in my leg- the nurse wanted me to take anti-biotics.

important: when using to fight something, rather than as preventive, double the dose.
general dosage for when healthy:
12 mos. old: 15 drops, 2 times daily
6 yr. old: half a dropper full
8 yr. old: full dropper
adult 2 dropper fulls
when ill, i give 3 times daily at double dosage.

Wcb could be wild cherry bark which is fairly common in herbal cough preparations but I wouldn't like to attempt to guess the others.
