I am Paula. I have 3 children, aged 5, 3 and 1. They keep me very busy:D. They are all unvaccinated.
I am very much into "green" living and my quest for next year is to try and reduce my contrbution to landfill to one shopping bag a month.
I am totally into homebirthing. I homebirthed my oldest 2 children but unfortunately couldnt have my youngest at home due to geography and weather.
When I grow up I either want to be an ecologist (was almost there b/c) or a homeopath.
I look forward to getting to know everyone over time.

Hi, Paula.
I would also be interested in how you are reducing your landfill contribution. Please share. :)

Haha, its still a work in progress in my little old head. But the main thing is to only buy things that I can recycle the packaging from. Reduce the amount of plastic etc that we buy. My children wont be too pleased and neither will my family who insist on buying crap from the $2 shop..... I hate that stuff. I make most things from scratch and buy things like laundry powder in bulk so thats less packaging anyway. We are really aware of how much we throw out and still we do a rubbish bag a fortnight. It also will make me think about buying unnessecary things (something I am very good at) and only buy it if we "need" it. And mostly I want my children to grow up aware of their environment. Its really important to me.
Come 1st Jan though and its all on.......

Hi Paula... Gee my attempt to tread lightly yields more than a rubbish bag per fortnight.... WOW what a mindful effort on your part!

Ah yes of course - regular Satan - I thought for a minute there it was a metaphor for the conventional medical industry/"vaccine pushers"? Joke!!
I remember now, you are Christians, yes? :)

Well, aren't you clever. I'd not thought of a double meaning. :D
We are not churchians. The regular christian who goes to church would view us as heretics.
The word christian was a derogatory term thought up by non-christians, which stuck.
The early christians called themselves the Ecclesia, which means the "called out ones". That is the term we would prefer to use, but then, the average person would think we were totally bonkers. So I must be seemly. :p
Sadly I guess "christian", it will have to be. Ridikulus werd.

Ha.
I understand exactly what you mean.
I am not a churchian either. I don't call myself a Christian. I was, as a teenager, involved in pentecostal/Elim/etc type churches and YFC. I removed myself from it all and haven't "attended church" in five years. However...
However, I understand the term Ecclesia. Ecclesia it most definitely is... !
