Members Plus - Features for paid subscribers
Members Plus is a paid subscription to Beyond Vaccination for a yearly fee of $19.95. This subscription adds extra features to your user account.
To subscribe, go to the upper right of the site, click on "Settings". Down the left hand menu, you'll see a header titled "My Account" and under that, "Paid Subscriptions". Click on Paid Subscriptions and select the subscription you want from the drop down box. Payments are made via PayPal.
Photo Albums
Members have the option to add photo albums to their Profile. There are three album types - Private, Public and Profile Customisation. You can add captions under pictures and members can add comments to pictures.
*Unpaid members can view and comment in albums that are accessible to them, but can not have their own album.
Blog
Members can start their own blog. Options allow members to customise their blog look and feel, decide who gets to see their blog posts and categorise their blog posts into categories. Others can subscribe to blogs and be notified when a new post is made.
*Unpaid members can read and comment on blogs that are accessible to them, but can not have their own.
Profile Customisation
You can customise your profile page so when others visit your profile, they see your profile design. This includes colours, backgrounds, pictures, text entry boxes and so on.
*Unpaid members can not customise their own profile to this extent but can view others customised profiles.
Social Groups
Members have the option to start and manage a Social Group where members with similar interests can chat within their own community group. Social groups can be public, moderated or invite only. In addition you can enable group messaging, albums or a private setting that requires membership to the group to read.
*Unpaid members can't start or manage their own social groups, but can join groups and partipicate.
Extra Functionality
Members can create tags and upload a personal signature image banner. (This does not mean you can advertise with your personal banner.) There are extended PM, image, signature and avatar functionality as well - more lines and space in signatures, larger avatars and images, more capacity to PM boxes and sending etc.
