How Do New Members Sign Up??

I have someone that would like to join that I feel would be a good asset to this board. Does she try to gsign up herself or do I have to recommend her?

She can sign up herself as long as she has an ISP email address (no hotmail, yahoo etc.).

If she doesn't have an ISP e-mail address, you need to PM me and I will look into an alternate sign up process for her.
