Whether or not breastfeeding is a "choice" is not up for discussion on this board.
If anyone reading this forum, couldn't breastfeed, then that's something that people who want to breastfeed, and can't, find hard to handle, and grieve over, and rightly so.
If you chose not to breastfeed, that was your choice.
Please don't defend it, because we aren't interested in "justification".
Mothers are not being educated as to why they should breastfeed, and what breastmilk actually does, and THIS will be the purpose of this forum.
