Beyond Vaccination Membership Agreement & Forum Guidelines
As a member of the Beyond Vaccination forum, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following:-
Beyond Vaccination Membership Agreement
1. Beyond Vaccination forum membership is free. Members are allowed only one registration/identity which can be applied for using ISP email addresses only. No gmail, hotmail, yahoo or any other generic free email service addresses will be accepted (due to the large influx of spam and fraudulent accounts from such addresses). Account sharing is not permitted and forum memberships are not transferrable to other parties.
2. Multiple registrations/identities and spam (suspected or confirmed) memberships will be removed at the discretion of the Administrator/s. Memberships are activated and utilised by members on the proviso that the guidelines (detailed in following) are adhered to. Beyond Vaccination reserves the right to delete memberships or threads as needed.
3. We reserve the right to limit, remove, suspend or ban the registration and/or membership, or moderate any individual who is deemed to have joined the community for adversarial or disrespectful purposes, or whose behaviour in the forum – whether by PM, email, or other internet venues, compromises the integrity of Beyond Vaccination, and/or the Beyond Vaccination community, or individual members.
4. Members are expected to keep the forum guidelines in mind at all times when posting. We reserve the right to edit or delete any message without notice. Continued failure to abide by the guidelines may result in removal of privileges, suspension, or being banned from Beyond Vaccination at Administration's discretion. 5. In the top right corner of every post, there is a red triangle with a black exclamation mark in the middle of it. This is the report post button. Posts which are in violation of the Forum Guidelines are expected to be reported. Do not contribute to any conflict by responding to a questionable post. Instead, report the post and move on to another topic.

6. Please don't make comments/posts which are disrespectful, defamatory, adversarial, baiting, harassing, offensive, racist, or otherwise improper manner, toward a member, other individual or group, including casting of suspicion upon a person, invasion of privacy, humiliation, demeaning criticism, namecalling, personal attack, or any behaviour/post which violates the law. Inappropriate behaviours will be determined at the Administration's discretion.
7. Please don't engage in passive agressive derogatory sarcasm. This will be interpreted as trolling if a new member displays this behaviour repeatedly. While provocation aspects will be considered, particularly if the interchange is with trolls, not yet dealt with, interchange with members is expected to be respectful, thoughtful and constructive.
8. Please don't post to advertise your product or business WITHOUT ADMINISTRATOR/S PRIOR APPROVAL. 9. Please don't post to debate or criticise the Beyond Vaccination Member Agreement and Forum Guidelines, or to otherwise discuss the Moderators, Administrators, or their actions. Constructive criticism and questions for purposes of clarification may be sent through the Private Message feature or by email to the Moderator or Administrator. If there is an error or unfair ruling, the Administration will gladly rectify it and apologise.
10. The above code of conduct that is expected of members for posting on the forum, also applies to Private Messages, Reported Posts or emails sent within the forum community.
11. Please don't repost in part or full any posts, PMs, quotes, images, signatures or any other information posted within the Beyond Vaccination forum anywhere else.
11a. Whilst the main website and forums are public, sensitive subject matter may be discussed. We take the integrity and safety of our forum very seriously and endeavour to always protect our members. Reproducing anything from within the forum area without prior permission from the Beyond Vaccination Administrators and the specific members involved is a severe breach of guidelines. Such breaches will usually result in a ban unless satisfactory explanation and recompense can be provided.
11b. To be fair, we also ask that members do not post exact quotes/reproductions or summaries of posts from other internet boards or forums by people who would not have intended that it end up on in another place without their permission. If you have that permission, please post proof of that.
12. For ethical and legal reasons, we do not approve of deliberate defaming of other forums, "trolling" other forums, or behaviour inciting other members to do so. We understand (and share) the frustrations our members may feel from time to time as a result of conflict on other forums. However, we ask that whilst on Beyond Vaccination members refrain from: posting direct links to discussions on other forums; naming other forums, forum administrators, or forum members in a derogatory or contentious fashion; dragging conflict from one forum to another and involving Beyond Vaccination. Negative mention, or discussion of posts or events on other community websites, even anonymously, is not acceptable.
12a. We welcome positive discussion of, or comments about, and links to other internet boards or forums which contain constructive factual information that members might find useful to them.
Breach of Forum Guidelines or Membership Agreement
A breach will usually first result in a warning from the Administrator/s or Moderator/s, by PM or email. If it is minor or inadvertent, you may be asked to edit your post to redirect discussion, and that is where it might end. If a member (or members) has been cautioned for breach of guidelines, please don't respond to that post escalating conflict. If conflict continues, please report the post numbers, and leave it to the moderators/administrators to deal with.
Further breaches of Forum Guidelines or Membership Agreement and/or ignoring of the cautionary warning may result in your post/s being removed or edited, thread/s being locked or deleted, and you may receive a suspension, and/or complete ban from the Beyond Vaccination community. Any action taken is at the discretion of the Administrator/s.
Beyond Vaccination reserves the right to change the Member Agreement and Forum Guidelines at any time to allow for the changing needs of this community.
By registering to become a member of our community, you have agreed to abide by the Membership Agreement and Forum Guidelines.
